Activity may include biking up to 10 kilometers, rafting, kayaking and trekking for up to 4 hours on uneven terrain. Those in good physical condition and without major health issues should have no problem.
"Ponte los zapatos sucios"
Activities might include level 3+ white water rafting or kayaking, biking up to 40 km, high-altitude treks through rough and uneven terrain lasting up to 5 hours, or otherwise more strenuous activities. Our packages include a number of activities, and only one of which may increase the overall Physical Rating of the package. Usually it's possible for individuals in the group to opt out of these more strenuous activities if desired. Good physical condition is required.
"Vivir en el momento!"
These trips or activities may include cycling up to 50 km in one day, level 4+ white water rafting or kayaking, high-altitude treks, sustained activities in climatic extremes (hot or very cold) or difficult trekking through rough, uneven terrain for up to 7 hours. Individuals must be in very good physical condition and children under 12 should not attempt these activities. Usually it's possible for individuals in the group to opt out of the more strenuous activities if desired.
